Location was great . Staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient. The room was clean and tidy. Furniture a little bashed but didn't really bother me. Evening meal in Nourish was very nice- quirky local food offerings and excellent staff. Breakfast was fine. Plenty of choice and all fresh . Was very busy though even though I went outside their ' busy time' . Lovely pool . Again friendly staff. Very clean changing rooms.Overall the hotel has a good modern vibe. It was very busy so not sure what it would be like in peak season rather then March though. Very good value for the price.

Lovely clean and tidy room which was to be expected, tea coffee etc topped up every day, cleaners very friendly, polite and always smiling and welcoming. Breakfast served between 7.30 til 10.40 lots of variety to choose from cereals, pancakes toast and a few cooked options. The one spa facilities which was included in our price were clean and tidy the only disappointment was it was also used by the public so some days it was busy.

Modern facilities, excellent facilities if you have the time which unfortunately I didn't have on this occasion. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Food is very good quality. Room was a good size, bed was comfortable and plenty of pillows. Free Parking available, just a little busy at times. Spa and Gym are popular and so busy in the car park at most times. Excellent views from restaurant.

Woah, what was not to love about the hotel. Modern, well decorated and clean. The staff welcome at reception was excellent and they showed us where everything was. The room was huge and the spa was also very enjoyable. The bar did a deal on cocktails which were some of the best around, so make sure you'll take advantage of that. We can't wait to return!

Spa, gym and pool facilities were great! We didn't eat at the hotel in the evening but the food options looked very good. Breakfast was fantastic, lots of choice, only thing it was missing was a little continental section, which being in Cornwall and their focus on locality seems like a misstep. Room was clean, it and bathroom were a bit dinky.
